I found a new site for digi's. I was on PCP and discovered Phindy's Place. Really cute images!! I love the top one for St. Patty's Day and I used the bottom one for a 1st Birthday card. I used the paper piecing technique on that one. you print the image on a piece of patterned paper and then cut out the part you want to piece and viola instant cuteness....LOL.
I love how these turned out. We got a co-worker a gift certificate to Victoria Secret and I remembered seeing this template at StampOwl's Studio and on Splitcoast Stampers, and I thought how appropriate for such a gift. The bra is on the front of the card and the undies are on the back. This paper created the perfect look. I wish I could be a mouse in the corner when she opens this card :-)
SEVERAL WEEKS BACK I HAD POSTED A CARD TO THANK MY IN-LAWS FOR OFFERING US THEIR TIME SHARE IN HAWAII. WELL, THE TRIP WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! MUCH NEEDED R&R. WHILE WE WERE THERE WE HAD A PICTURE TAKEN OF US AT THE TIME SHARE BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES AND WE BOUGHT A PICTURE FRAME TO PUT IT IN. WE GAVE THEM THE PICTURE AS A THANK YOU.....AGAIN FOR THE TRIP. I MADE THIS CARD TO GO WITH IT. THE IMAGE IS FROM THE DIGI SHACK. I FOUND THE LITTLE BOTTLE AT A JEWLERY STORE IN HAWAII. I PUT SAND FROM WAIKIKI BEACH IN THE BOTTLE. IT'S HARD TO SEE IN THE PHOTO BUT I PRINTED TWO IMAGES AND COLORED THEM THEN I CUT ONE OUT AND PUT IT ON TOP OF THE OTHER ON POP DOTS TO GIVE IT SOME DIMENSION. TFL :-)

I got the two images on the top two cards from pollycraft. I removed the center of the metal tags on the bottom and put valentine paper behind them instead. The charm hanging down says LOVE. Hope everyone has a great day!! I have a few more cards to post later.
This is a digi stamp that I found free.....somewhere. I appologize but I don't know where. I think it's so cute. Decided to make it into a Valentine by putting the sentiment in his hand. I've fallen behind in my goal of posting all my Valentines but I still have tomorrow. I've really gone crazy this year with Valentines - they are really fun to make :-)
I made this for a friend's Birthday. It's a My Favorite Things digital stamp. It originally had ribbons on the girls shirts but I whited them out for the card. I'm going to do some Breast Cancer Awareness cards with the ribbons still on too. I love MFT!! I hope they get more digis.

THE PAPER WAS ONE OF THOSE 12 X 12 SHEETS THAT COMES WITH 4 DIFFERENT PATTERNS.....LOVE THOSE!! MAKES CARD MAKING SOOOO EASY. ALL THE COORDINATING IS DONE FOR YOU.

I MADE A COPY OF HER LEGS AND CUT THEM OUT ANDPUT THEM ON A POP DOT SO IT LOOKS LIKE SHE IS SITTING ON THE FRAME WITH HER LEGS HANGING OVER THE EDGE.
I love Precious Moments (as I think I've mentioned:-) I thought this was the perfect "Valentine" image. Would work for Anniversary too. The background paper is Target and I punched the flowers out with my flower punch. Here's where I got the image. I used Prisma pencils and Gamsol for coloring. Thanks for looking!!!
I made this for a girl I work with - for her Birthday. She loves coffee and when I saw this card I thought it was perfect!!! I got the template here. Could be used for coffee, tea or cocoa. I got the little packets of instant coffee at Target on clearance. They are "Starbucks" I guess you can buy them there too. Then I took a can of Maxwell House International Coffee. I covered it with paper and decorated with Hero Arts stamps. I decorated the Stampin Up box and filled it with coffee, caramel and rum candy. It was fun to make and she loved it.
I needed a "farewell" card for one of the guys at work. I'd seen metal embossed before and wanted to give it a try. I used my cuttlebug. The brads on the four corners look like screws. I sanded the background paper with sandpaper for a rugged look.
Did you know that "My Favorite Things" stamp company has digital stamps too?? This is one of them. I just visited the site the other day and they have added more. I'm not patient enough to wait for a stamp to come in the mail but with digital stamps it's almost instant! Pay and download. Beautiful!! I adore MFT so when I saw that they went digi my debit card started smokin'......
WELL, WELL. CHRISTMAS IS ALMOST HERE. FOUND THIS IMAGE ON A COLORING WEBSITE. VERY LITTLE COLORING FOR THIS ONE. I USED MY PRISMA PENCILS AND GAMSOL (WHAT ELSE?? LOL). I USED MY NEW FAVORITE EMBELLISHMENT, CHUNKY GLITTER. SANTA IS BRINGING A MALTESE PUPPY TO MY SON ON CHRISTMAS. I'M SO EXCITED!!!
