MFT Sketch challenge

I love this stamp set from 

My Favorite Things

every week they have a sketch challenge

which is my favorite kind.

I made this for the challenge a couple

weeks ago but didn't get it in

in time :(

I used paper from My Mind's Eye paper pad

which happens to be a new 

favorite.  They are 6x6 pads with all

coordinating patterned papers.

Feelin' Prickley?

This stamp set is from Prickley Pear

I just love how this card turned out!!

I punched out a circle, then stamped

and embossed the image with white embossing powder

then took a sponge dauber and dabbed it in 

some black ink.  With a circular movement

I went over the images with a paper towel

to buff the embossed image through and make them pop out.

Then I layered that on top of a scallop circle.  

And embellished the center of the flowers with brads.
