I love Precious Moments (as I think I've mentioned:-) I thought this was the perfect "Valentine" image. Would work for Anniversary too. The background paper is Target and I punched the flowers out with my flower punch. Here's where I got the image. I used Prisma pencils and Gamsol for coloring. Thanks for looking!!!

Valentine
I love Precious Moments (as I think I've mentioned:-) I thought this was the perfect "Valentine" image. Would work for Anniversary too.
