I used the Winter circle sentiments - let it snow
image from Bugaboo
for this card. I used a nestabilities circle
to cut out the center of this image and then used the border.
I brought some of these little circle "shaker card inserts"
from Stampin' Up a while back and I used
Martha Stewarts snowman punch to punch out the
contents which include - hat, scarf, stick arms, buttons,
then I added the artificial snowflakes
the inside of the card reads:
"some assembly required"
